LTMS is an organization that puts on free music festivals. We do this by empowering a local community to become involved in the organizing and planning of the event.
We believe throwing a music festival in the heart of a community strengthens that community by connecting and bringing people together as well as supplying vents for expression in an environment that everyone can enjoy.
